We had an early start on our way to the Ferry without any traffic on the road. We had to arrive two hours before the sailing.

The backlog must have cleared because there weren’t many vehicles and trucks waiting in the lineups.

Loading was going well until we had to drive through a food inspection station. I opened the trailer for them and they went through our storage and fridge. They didn’t want us to take any agricultural products to the mainland so they confiscated our potatoes…that were grown on the mainland. Go figure.

We had another smooth ferry ride, sitting in a deserted lounge, watching Newfoundland disappear over the rainy horizon.

After driving off the Ferry, we headed back to the Walmart in Sydney, and took up the same level spot from our previous stay.

We had good wifi from Home Depot across the street, caught up on Facebook, and watched some Netflix.
